-The Follow-up In Three Stages-
AFTER THE PLAY-THEN WHAT?
1st Stage
Youth who have been impacted by the performance will be enrolled in the DREAM FACTORY and lead down the road to self-discovery, self-development, and self-actualization. Permanent change comes from the inside-out through a renewal of the MIND.
1. Their thought patterns and belief system will be challenged and replaced with a healthy system of beliefs.
2. We will challenge the violent culture in which they live by establishing a model within them to replace it.
3. They will discover the person they were born to be by discovering their talents, dreams and reason for being.
4. They will learn that every action has a consequence. They will understand that they are the ones who determine their own destiny, good or bad. They will learn how to rewrite their own ending.
2nd Stage
Parents who have lost their grip on their children will be enrolled in the DREAM FACTORY. Parents must lead the way into the next generation by creating in their homes a healthy and positive environment giving their children a fighting chance to rise above their negative surroundings.
1. But in order for parents to show the way they themselves must know the way. Therefore they will be lead down the road to self-discovery, self-development, and self-actualization.
2. They will learn how to raise a positive child in a negative environment.
3rd Stage
Once this training has been completed parents and youth will unite and be lead into forming a MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE. They will be declared AGENTS OF CHANGE and become a part of the solution rather than the problem. A strategic plan of action will be developed with our help and from a united vantage point will take back their streets, making their community and city a better and safer place to live.
THE DREAM FACTORY
The DREAM FACTORY will covene weekly and will begin its first session on the 1st Saturday following the performance. It will be an all day affair for both parents and youth. Parents in the morning, youth in the afternoon.. It will conclude with a graduation for all and an induction ceremony only for those who want to join the MOVEMENT FOR CHANGE.
